INGREDIENTS

¾ cup orange soda

½ cup milk

1 box instant vanilla pudding mix

Zest of 1 orange

2 teaspoons fresh orange juice or orange extract

One 8-ounce tub frozen whipped topping, such as Cool Whip, thawed

One 9-inch graham cracker crust

Additional whipped cream for serving (optional)

1. Whisk together the orange soda, milk, vanilla pudding mix, orange zest, and orange juice or extract in a large bowl until combined and thickened, about 2 minutes. Fold in the whipped topping until uniform in color and fluffy in texture.

2. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and freeze for 8 hours, preferably overnight, before cutting into slices to serve. This pie is best served straight from the freezer. Serve with whipped cream on the side, if desired.
